Protein Balls
- 1 cup sunflower butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix butter, syrup, and vanilla until combined. Add coconut flour and flax seeds. Mix again to combine. Roll into ball size of your choice (between a quarter and fifty cent piece size). Refrigerate in an
air tight container. These tend to dry out fairly quick, so try and finish them within 2 to 3 days.
