Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Orange-Vanilla Waffles
- 1 ¼ cup cassava flour
- ¼ cup arrowroot
- 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla plus 2 tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 2/3 cup Ripple pea protein milk
- 2 drops Doterra Wild Orange Essential Oil
6 grinds of sea salt
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Combine all wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and combine. Lightly grease waffle iron with a pastry brush and olive oil and turn on to heat. Follow waffle maker directions.
